Since launching our first project, Misr al Mahroosa, in 2020, our portfolio has grown to include flagship malls like Central 5 and EastView, Sahel’s first drive-thru food and beverage destination, community and dining hubs across Greater Cairo, and Triad Business Park, launching soon on South 90 Street — with more than 100,000 square metres of retail space leased to date.
